LIST OF LOBBYIST, DEFENSE CONTRACTORS, MORTGAGE FIRMS, AND INDIVIDUALS WHO BRIBE DUNCAN HUNTER
FIRST: CONSIDER THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HOW DUNCAN HUNTER AND JOE RYAN APPROACH POLITICS AND REPRESENTATION:
LAWBREAKING CAN ONLY BE STOPPED BY VOTERS: Joe Ryan believes that Duncan Hunter and ALL other Democrats and Republicans in congress are serial lawbreakers. The great lie of politics wherein politicians from both major parties look the public in the eye and claim they do nothing special for contributors and donors; that quid pro quo transactions aren't occurring, is easy to expose. The parties who buy and sell lawmakers will never be prosecuted, but voters still have the ultimate ability to place a veto on such behavior.
JOE RYAN DOES NOT ACCEPT MONEY. JOE RYAN WILL SPEND LESS THAN TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO RUN FOR CONGRESS: Joe Ryan does not accept money from anyone, or an entity whatsoever. Joe Ryan wants to invigorate squeaky-clean politics, by winning the race for the 52nd district seat without help from lobbyist (only volunteers).
DUNCAN HUNTER WILL SPEND OVER ONE MILLION DOLLARS ON HIS RE-ELECTION CAMPAIGN: Duncan Hunter will raise and spend approximately one-and-a-half million dollars for his 2010 run for congress. Joe Ryan will battle the hoard of people bribing Hunter, by working extra hard on business projects (while campaigning simultaneously). If elected, Joe Ryan would not change his policy after arriving in Washington. No contributions would be accepted from anyone.
CHANCE TO VOTE FOR UN-BRIBED POLITICIAN MAY NEVER OCCUR AGAIN IN YOUR LIFETIME: Joe Ryan might be the only person who has ever tried to run for congress without accepting any money from contributors, and without financial support from a comprised & beholden political party. This may be the only chance you'll get in your lifetime to make a complete, absolute, unequivocal stand against the influence of money, by voting for someone who doesn't accept any. Cleaning up politics doesn't have to involve humongous so-called campaign finance reform bills that always turn out to be rife with loopholes and unconstitutional provisions, to sabotage their effect. If the voters got behind Joe Ryan and voted him in to congress, then politics in America would never be the same again. It just takes one district to set the example. The voters need to simply implement a litmus test for candidates that says, 'you take money, you become ineligible for my vote'. Volunteer to help Joe Ryan and give him your vote. It's volunteers against paid lobbyist. If the battle can't be won, then maybe the people of the 52nd district are happy with 'business as usual'. Will it be an uphill battle to win without accepting contributions? Yes, but good things never come easy.
JOE RYAN STANDS FOR EQUAL, PROPORTIONATE, APPROPRIATE ACCESS TO A CONGRESS REPRESENTATIVE, FOR ALL CONSTITUENTS: Joe Ryan envisions setting up a system whereby all constituencies within the district, including persons, community associations, unions, corporations, and any other entity located primarily within the 52nd District could access their congressman in an equitable way that assures that every voter's concerns were taken into account, rather than just a small percentage of people who fund political campaigns. Joe Ryan does not believe union members or corporations should be left without access to representation, but that's what seems to occur when a partisan Democratic or Republican is elected. Joe Ryan is an Independent who would strive to represent all voices in the community rather than one constituency on the far left or right of the political spectrum. Of course, Joe Ryan also believes in limited representation of people and entities located outside of the District, but feels that the concerns of non-constituents should - generally speaking - be funneled through constituents with concerns about the same issue. Joe Ryan believes that persons and entities located outside of the 52nd district
Following the Bribe-Money that flows to Duncan Hunter
This chart shows how our rookie congressman became an old hand at accepting bribes and milking the DC corruption wheel from the moment he started in politics. This chart from Open Secrets shows the contribution totals that came in to DH's campaign in mid-2008, just around the time DH was winning the Republican primary. Right off the bat, Hunter was number #2 out of a total of 100 or more similarly situated candidates. We don't have an updated chart, but we know Duncan Hunter hasn't forsaken contributions since that time, and the pattern probably holds.

DUNCAN REPRESENTS DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, NOT 52ND DISTRICT CONSTITUENTS
Remember that 'Defense Industrial Complex', conservative, Republican, General Eisenhower warned us about? Look at Duncan Hunters top 5 contributors and you'll know that Eisenhower's prophecy lives, and that Congressman Duncan Hunter jr represent the people we warned about. Joe Ryan is not against the work that many Defense contractors engage in; but Joe Ryan also believes, that when defense contractors shower a congressman with money, it's a sure sign that they can't sell their product without bribery. Logic should dictate when a defense product or service is necessary and affordable, and the process should not be influenced by access bought with contributions. Joe Ryan would vote yes or no on defense related spending, with an eye on the nation's needs. Joe Ryan doesn't accept money, but he would still be open to listening to defense lobbyist with good ideas, who don't expect to be heard over the voices of the constituents of the 52nd District. Extra attention would be paid to representatives of defense contractors doing substantial business in San Diego County, since they employ 52nd district constituents. Duncan Hunter takes any all money that comes his way from whatever district it comes from. He accepts lots of cash from corporations located on the East Coast that are in competition with defense contractors located in San Diego County.
This Open secrets Chart shows where Duncan Hunter is getting the money he's raising and spending for his 2010 re-election bid.

EVEN THOUGH IT'S JANUARY 15TH AND THE DEMOCRATS HAVEN'T EVEN ANNOUNCED A CHALLENGER, AND JOE RYAN (THE INDEPENDENT) DOES NOT ACCEPT MONEY AT ALL, DUNCAN HUNTER HAS GONE CRAZY RAISING AND SPENDING MONEY NON-STOP SINCE HE WON ELECTION FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2008. HE NEVER EVEN STOPPED RAISING MONEY AFTER HE WON ELECTION; HE JUST CONTIUED AS IF THE 2008 CAMPAIGN NEVER ENDED. HERE'S WHO BRIBES HIM FOR ACCESSS THESE DAYS (as of 9/30/09).

IF YOU CHECK OUT THE INDIVIDUALS WHO GIVE DUNCAN MONEY, YOU MOSTLY FIND PEOPLE WHO ARE EVADING CONTRIBUTION LIMITS BY PRETENDING THEY'RE PROVIDING MONEY TO DUNCAN FROM THE BOTTOM OF THEIR HEART, AND NOT BECAUSE THEY WILL BE RE-IMBURSED IN SOME WAY BY THE CORPORATION OR OTHER BUSINESS THAT THEY WORK FOR. MORE ORGANIZED LAW EVASION BY DUNCAN HUNTER AND HIS CREW. THERE NO DOUBT SOME SINCERE PEOPLE ON THIS LIST WHO CONTRIBUTED TO DUNCAN OUT OF A SENSE OF SOLIDARITY AND DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING IN RETURN FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTION; BUT JUDGING BY THE LIST, THEY WOULD BE IN THE MINORITY.

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BRIBE MONEY, GO TO THIS LINK WHERE WE LIST THE WAYS DUNCAN HUNTER SEEMS TO BE CONVERTING THE BRIBE MONEY TO HIS PERSONAL USE AND THAT OF HIS FRIENDS
