The Mother of All Bailouts; The Fannie Mae bailout passed with Duncan Hunter's Support

The biggest betrayal in the history of the US congress occurred when the Mother of All Bailouts (The Fannie Mae Bailout) was passed by the US congress last summer. The Fannie Mae bailout opened the door to out-and-out looting, and more bailouts (in the form of two stimulus Acts) quickly followed. Immediately after the bill passed with Duncan Hunter's support and vote, Duncan Hunter jr. released a full page two-sided glossy mailer to the whole 52nd District wherein Wall Street 'Fat Cats' were pillored and savaged. It was mastreful political theater. Now, most of Duncan Hunter's constituents have no idea that Duncan Hunter voted for the Fannie Mae bailout. Ask them and they'll tell you he voted against the Fannie Mae bailout.

Duncan Hunter Co-Sponsored REAL ID Act: The basis for more Gun Control

No Bill passed in the last 10 Years probably does more to assure that gun ownership and possession rights can be effectively and efficiently restricted by the government than The REAL ID Act. It's the future of people control as citizens rights and privileges can be turned on and off as the government desires. In conconjunction with the REAL ID Act, Hunter got behind another bill that makes it a crime for a bank teller to do any type of transaction with a person carrying an ID that does not qualify as a REAL ID Identification card. The list of so-called 'privileges (actually Rights) that can be restricted throiugh the implementation and use of the REAL ID syytem is staggering. The right to purchase utilities, insurance, land, or anything else can be eliminated for those considered undesirable or troublesome (gun owners, and people who oppose globalism in general and Wall street looting in particular). The fact that the NRA and other gun clubs and lobbying associations endorse Hunter automatically, despite his co-sponsorship of REAL ID, says a lot about the leadership of those organizations. Smells of controlled opposition. I know Wayne LaPierre hangs out with globalist at one Washington DC gala after another.

If that's not enough, Duncan Hunter jr promised voters he would never vote for cap-n-trade or carbon regualtion taxes, but the bill he co-sponsored cContains a WorldWide Cap-N-Trade System for regulating "greenhouse emissions". Is Duncan Hunter a bald-faced Liar who does what the gang tells him to do? Or is he just Dumb? It has to one or the other. There is no Third possibility. He sponsored a gay rights and cap-n-trade bill (hidden albeit in a USAID Bill). No matter what side of those issues a voter may be on, for Duncan Hunter to vote for gay rights and cap-n-trade gives new meaning to the word 'Hypocrite'. One moment he wants to crucify gays, and the next moment he's voting for something high on their agenda. One moment he decries Global Warming and Al Gore, but in the next breath he co-sponsors a bill with a world-wide cap-n-trade system. His Dad decried bailouts after voting for the mother of all bailouts (the original Fannie mae bailout that grew by at least 400 billion Christams eve). Do I detect a pattern emerging? TEXT FROM THE 2010 USAID AGENCY AUTHORIZATION BILL THAT DUNCAN HUNTER jr CO-SPONSORED

1. HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK IT WILL COST TO KEEP STATISTICS ON 60% OF THE WORLD'S POPULATION?

(Sec. 333) Requires the Department's Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor to designate a Bureau-based officer or officers to track violence, criminalization, and restrictions on fundamental freedoms in foreign countries based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

2. THE PEOPLE WORKING IN THE MISSIONS AND CONSULATES IN THE MIDDLE EAST JUST CAN’T WAIT TO GET STARTED ON THIS TASK

Directs the Secretary through U.S. Diplomatic and consular missions to encourage foreign governments to reform or repeal laws criminalizing homosexuality or consensual homosexual conduct.

3. THIS WIDENS THE SECTION 333 INQUIRY TO INCLUDE DISCRIMINATION AGAINS WOMEN AND GAYS. SENSIBLE GAY PEOPLE AND SENSIBLE WOMEN KNOW WE CAN’T AFFORD THIS

Amends the Foreign Assistance Act to include in the Department's annual country reports on human rights practices information on violence or discrimination affecting the fundamental freedoms of an individual based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

(Sec. 848) Authorizes appropriations for co-development of joint ballistic missile and medium and short-range projectile defense projects with Israel, including the Arrow, David's Sling, and Iron Dome systems. (Sec. 912) Amends the Arms Export Control Act to subject a person who willfully exports to a Western Hemisphere country any small arm or light weapon without a license to a fine of up to $3 million and imprisonment for up to 20 years, or both. (Sec. 913) Amends the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 to include in the Department's reward program the arrest or conviction of any individual for illegally exporting or attempting to export small arms or light weapons to Mexico.

(Sec. 1104) States that it shall be U.S. Policy that the President and the Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations work with the international community to support the work of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to prevent and resolve problems related to de jure and de facto statelessness, and to promote the rights of the de jure or de facto stateless. Authorizes FY2010-FY2011 appropriations.Authorizes FY2010-FY2011 appropriations for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) to aid countries with significant de jure or de facto stateless populations to bring about the full registration of all children born to de jure or de facto stateless parents.Authorizes appropriations for U.S. activities to prevent and reduce de jure or de facto statelessness. Prohibits, with a national security waiver, the Secretary from providing assistance to countries that do not cooperate with the United States on weather matters.

(Sec. 1111) Directs the President: (1) through the Secretary, to establish a multi-year strategy to prevent child marriage in developing countries and promote the empowerment of girls at risk of child marriage in developing countries; and (2) submit a related report to Congress. Requires the country reports on human rights practices to include for each country in which child marriage is prevalent a description of the status of the practice of child marriage in such country.

(Sec. 1114) Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to state that the Secretary should implement a system to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of U.S. foreign assistance which should include a method of coordinating the monitoring and evaluation activities of the Department and USAID with the monitoring and evaluation activities of other federal departments and agencies carrying out foreign assistance programs, and when possible, with other international bilateral and multilateral agencies and entities.

Requires such federal departments and agencies to develop an annual evaluation plan.

(Sec. 1115) Directs the President to require the Secretary to implement a comprehensive strategy to address global hunger and food security with respect to international programs and policies for: (1) emergency response and management; (2) social protection and disaster risk reduction; (3) nutrition; (4) market-based agriculture, agricultural education and research, and rural development; (5) government-to-government technical assistance programs; (6) natural resource management and responses to climate change's impact on agriculture and food production; and (7) provision of adequate resources for programs to carry out the U.S. commitment to alleviate global hunger and promote food security.

22. THE ‘MAKE THE WORLD SAFE FOR FEMINISM’ ACT OF 2010. WE’LL NEED AN EXPENSIVE REPORT TOO.

(Sec. 1117) States that the Inspectors General of the Department, DOD, and USAID, and the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction should address in their auditing and assessment protocols for Afghanistan the impact of U.S. development assistance on the social, economic, and political empowerment of Afghan women.

Requires a related report to Congress.
