Top Ten Reasons to vote against Duncan Hunter

Editor's Note: Criticism of Duncan Hunter does not differentiate between Daddy and son, because they are one and the same. Son ran on Daddy's name and did all that he could to confuse the voters in to thinking his Daddy was running instead of Duncan jr, in the 2008 election. Duncan Hunter is Not his own man. There was no changeover to his own staff when he ran for congress and after he won his first election in 2008; his Dad's staff stayed in place and they've been directing Duncan jr's activities ever since. They ghost-write for him, and otherwise pretend he's acting under his own volition; when in fact he is simply acting as a figurehead for the same gang of government leaching crooks that backed his Daddy.

1. TRADITIONALLY, IN STATES OTHER THAN MASSACHUSETTS, WE VOTE FOR REPRESENTATIVES IN FAIR ELECTIONS; WE DON'T ALLOW THE MEDIA TO ANNOINT LITTLE PRINCES FROM POLITICAL DYNASTY'S TO FILL OFFICE: Make no mistake about it, Duncan Hunter jr has felt from day one that he's special, and that being a special person he is entitled to hold his Daddy's office. His Dad and the gang around him take great affront at that fact that Joe Ryan, Mike Lumpkin or anyone else with more knowledge than his anointed son, would dare to run for 'their' seat. Little Duncan mocks Mike Benoit in debates, as if he's the only person allowed to hold the seat, and anybody who repeatedly challenges the Hunter reign - like Mike bravely has - has something wrong with them. Somehow the Hunters have come to believe that they are THE Royal family of the East County, and holding office is one of the entitlements associated with their monarchy.

2. FANNIE MAE BAILOUT VOTE by DUNCAN HUNTER AND COVER-UP THAT HAS FOLLOWED: Duncan Hunter voted for the Fannie Mae bailout, and instead of taking responsibility for voting for the 'Mother of all bailouts', the Hunter gang takes the voters to be fools, as they send out flyers and make statements that are artfully crafted to highlight their vote against the TARP bailout, while they craftily, and with gross dishonesty, refuse to own up to or even admit that they backed the first Giant bailout. Those who decry socialism, communism, and marxism are downright hypocrites if they voted for Hunter in 2008, or if they plan to do so in 2010. Voting for someone who backed the Fannie Mae bailout simply borders on treason.

3. DUNCAN HUNTER'S CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE PORN AND ALCHOHOL INDUSTRY ARE NOT HELPING PEOPLE OF THE 52ND DISTRICT: The people and entities that Duncan Hunter will accept money from, in order that 'his Royalty' can eat at Ruth and Chris's Steakhouse, and stay in thousand dollar per night hotel rooms up and down the East Coast (see section on where DH spends lobbyist money) is not limited by any moral considerations, or respect for his constituents professed value or desires. He's taken the maximum allowable contribution from the man who is credited with 'inventing' porn (Stu Segal), and he regularly takes as much as he can get from alcohol producers, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, hedge fund operators, and persons he directs 'earmarks' to.

4. DUNCAN HUNTER, LIKE ALMOST ALL OTHER INCUMBENTS FROM THE TWO MAJOR PARTIES, NEEDS TO GO: Both major parties have been taken over by dishonest lunatics. Our representatives are so far out of touch with reality, when it comes to spending money and helping their contributors financially rape the community and nation, that they all have to go away, to be replaced by normal people who have not been indoctrinated by party bosses and that can actually recognize how evil our politics has become, and who have the willingness, and moral fortitude to stop the nonsense once and reign in the crooks feasting off of our institutions of government, and leaching resources from our military, and education apparatus. The leaders and representatives are living on another mental planet. They have an incurable disease and they must be separated from our government and locked away in the mental institutions and jails they belong in.

5. DUNCAN HUNTER JUNIOR IS DISRESPECTING CONSTITUENTS BY SPENDING LOBBYIST MONEY FOR PERSONAL ENJOYMENT AND TO PROMOTE HIS ROYAL LIFESTYLE: To understand how Duncan Hunter has raised and spent over $330.000.00 thousand dollars on his campaign, without holding one campaign event or even putting up one little 5-dollar sign in the whole county, look no farther than his FEC expense accounts. He continuously uses campaign funds to 'talk to his supporters' at ultra-expensive restaurants and he regularly stays at 1,000 dollar a night resorts, up and down the East Coast. In other words, his campaign fund is simply a slush fund used to finance his personal ' lifestyles of the rich and famous' tour of the East Coast. He gains allegiance while he spreads the wealth around locally too: eating at fancy restaurants throughout the East County. No doubt, his lobbyist can afford to tip well. You won't read about this in the SD media, because they are wholly and completely corrupt, almost from top to bottom. I believe there may be four or five honest journalist working in the county, but the rest are hopeless tools, supporting one major party or the other. Note: Kudos to Channel 10 for covering the results of Joe Ryan's persecution by Hunter and Dumanis. There are exceptions to every rule.

6. THE UNION-TRIBUNE ALWAYS ENDORSES DUNCAN HUNTER WITHOUT FAIL: Not much explanation needed her. When the corrupt, dishonest, sleazy operators of the Union-Tribune endorse somebody for election, you no that person has to be a bribed-up, bought-off crook who is effectively controlled by the enemies of the people, residing in the media, and elsewhere.

7. DUNCAN HUNTER SECRETLY BACKS IMMIGRATION, WHILE DEMONIZING MEXICAN PEOPLE: Like his hypocritical party brethren, the members of the party have voted in lockstep when it comes to allowing illegal immigrants from Cuba to have a special exemption form our immigration laws, simply because most of the new Cuban citizens vote Republican upon becoming citizens. The Republicans representatives have also taken orders and voted in lockstep to support the continuation and expansion of the the HB-1 VISA program, which has turned into a gigantic spigot for illegal immigration from India and Pakistan, as false-front companies are appearing everywhere to accommodate the scam. The Republican Party loves immigration almost as much as the Democrats, but their reps inhabit districts where they have no choice but to rail against immigration, (while they do everything they can too facilitate more of the same). If the Republican Party is against illegal immigration as they claim, then why didn't they stop it when they had both chambers and the White House under their control. All they tried to do was get together with the Democrats and pass an amnesty bill, containing the notorious, 'they have to go to the back of the line' justification. How can any opponent of unbridled immigration trust a Republican on the issue, no matter what they say to appease their constituents wishes. Note: Joe Ryan has done research into where the line forms. The back of the line, is right where the illegal alien resides right now. So, when Obama tries to sell amnesty, with his 'back of the line' baloney, call him on it. He knows he's playing with words. Everybody assumes back of the line means 'at home'. It doesn't.

8. DUNCAN HUNTER CLAIMS TO BE A FISCAL CONSERVATIVE, BUT HE SUPPORTS 'NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND Everyone who cares about fiscal sanity agrees that Federal Programs like 'No Child Left Behind' are a major part of the problem; but he stated at Grossmont College on 102/28/08 that he was a big fan of 'No Child Left Behind'.

9. DUNCAN HUNTER IS A DISHONEST PERSON TO THE CORE: It seems that Duncan Hunter has no qualms about telling bald-faced lies whenever it suits him. He even seems to lie for sport, when he has nothing to gain. There's probably not to many people alive who haven't told a fib or two in their lifetime, but Duncan Hunter lies with conviction, as if he's been trained in the political arts by his Dad, from way back. 10. HISTORY OF BAD 'DECISIONS' BY DUNCAN HUNTER (BOTH DADDY AND SON) RAISES CORRUPTION AND INTELLIGENCE QUESTIONS: The Hunters are always able to whitewash their bad decisions because the local media is corrupt and will not expose the Hunter's bad decisions. Here's a short list of some of the decisions they've been involved in. This is far from being a comprehensive list; it's just a sampling.

1. Duncan Hunter voted for the Fannie Mae bailout.
2. Duncan Hunter sponsored REAL ID
3. Duncan Hunter voted to de-regulate the banks so they could dabble in derivatives. Goldman Sachs never had a better friend.
4. Just recently, Duncan Hunter jr voted for the 'Free Flow of Information Act of 2009', a true Obama backed, Democratic Party abomination, and a gift to the corrupt press. It does the opposite of what the title implies it does (typical), as it cuts off the ability of persons wronged by civil or criminal activity to pry the evidence out of the hands of press-perpetrators, unless they can make a very expensive, complicated showing to the court. It basically creates a special immunity for the press that places them above the law, right alongside members of the bar, the judiciary, and other favored minions.
